These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pkvip platform. They are written to be clear and readable — not buried in legal language. Please read them fully before creating your account or making any deposit.

pkvip strictly prohibits accounts for anyone under 18 years of age. Age verification is conducted during registration and at withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to minors are permanently closed and any balance is forfeited.
Each individual may hold exactly one pkvip account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same payment method or same address — result in the closure of all linked accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one pkvip account. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual through shared devices, payment methods, IP addresses, addresses or identity documents, pkvip will close all linked accounts and may forfeit all balances and bonus winnings across those accounts without prior notice.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkvip login credentials. pkvip strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available from your account security settings. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted on your account while logged in — regardless of whether that activity was conducted by you or someone you shared credentials with — is your sole responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your pkvip account, you must contact support immediately via live chat or at support@pkvip.run. pkvip will investigate such reports but cannot be held liable for losses incurred before the report was received.
The name on your pkvip account must match the name on your verified identity document and the name registered to your payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, etc.). Accounts where the registered name does not match the payment method name will be flagged for verification before withdrawals are processed.
All transactions on pkvip are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkvip accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
The minimum deposit amount at pkvip is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though pkvip may apply additional verification requirements for deposits above certain thresholds.
Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically credit to your pkvip balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. NayaPay and SadaPay follow a similar timeline. Bank IBFT deposits may take between two and 24 hours depending on the originating bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits typically clear within a few minutes.
Important: pkvip only accepts deposits from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and will trigger a security review. Any confirmed third-party deposits will be refunded minus transaction costs and the account may be restricted.
If a deposit transaction fails or is declined by your payment provider, pkvip is not responsible for any funds that may have been debited from your account pending settlement. In such cases, please contact both your payment provider and pkvip support with the transaction reference number so the matter can be investigated promptly.
pkvip does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank, mobile wallet or card issuer are the responsibility of the account holder and are outside pkvip's control.
Withdrawals from your pkvip account are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a fraud prevention and anti-money laundering requirement, not an optional preference.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no fixed maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals above Rs 5,00,000 may require additional identity verification, which is a standard process and does not indicate any issue with your account.
These timelines are targets, not guarantees. Processing may take longer during peak periods, public holidays or when additional verification is required. pkvip does not charge fees on any withdrawal method.
If your account holds an active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements, you may be required to complete the wagering requirement before withdrawing. Your original deposit amount (excluding any bonus) is always freely withdrawable regardless of active bonus status. Withdrawing before completing a wagering requirement will cause the associated bonus and bonus winnings to be forfeited.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed for compliance with these Terms before being processed. Requests that trigger fraud or AML alerts will be paused pending investigation. pkvip aims to resolve such reviews within 24 hours and will communicate with you during the process.

pkvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, subject to the conditions below.
Account suspension may be applied in the following circumstances: failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraud or money laundering activity; suspected underage gambling; breach of any provision of these Terms; or at the request of law enforcement or a regulatory authority.
Where possible and legally permissible, pkvip will notify you of an account suspension or closure by email and will provide a reason. Where the suspension is related to an ongoing security investigation, pkvip may not be able to provide detailed reasons immediately but will do so once the investigation is resolved.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to your verified payment method within 10 business days. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, Terms violation or prohibited activity, pkvip may forfeit all balances including original deposits as permitted by applicable law.
You may request the closure of your pkvip account at any time by contacting support. Standard closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Your remaining real-money balance (minus any active bonus subject to wagering) will be refunded to your verified payment method.
All content on the pkvip platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials and the "pkvip" brand name and associated marks — is the exclusive property of pkvip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
